Baked with the finest organic ingredients and freshly milled flour. At Saxon Farm we are proud to say that no gums, chemicals, fillers or other nasties find their way into our bread! Our bread is not big and fluffy as we do not use any additives. It is made using traditional 12-15 hour fermentation with a mild sourdough leaven. Most do not contain added yeast. Where we do use yeast – we use organic yeast. Our kilner jar icons show which bread have no added yeast and which are made with organic yeast.
